WebFeb 4, 2012 · I found a decent workaround for this issue. If you want to scale a layer's styles when transforming it, convert that layer to a smart object (right-click the layer > Convert to Smart Object). You can still double-click the layer to edit its styles but when resizing it as a smart object, the styles aren't affected and retain their proportions.
