Cursor underscore change
WebWe would like to show you a description here but the site won’t allow us. WebWhy is my cursor, within the text, an underscore that deletes as I type? I used to have a blinking line next to where I typed so that it would add on to the pool of text while I typed. Now I have a blinking underscore that deletes everything I type while it is under a letter. How do I change it back to the blinking line?

Control Panel / Keyboard / Keyboard Properties, and set the Cursor blink rate to None. Right click the RStudio app, and Run as administrator. Uncheck Blinking cursor per usual, and the blinking should stop.
